Shipping and Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition for our puppies to their new homes.

• Deposits: To reserve a puppy, a refundable deposit is required. This deposit ensures your commitment and allows us to plan for the puppy's transition.

• Health Guarantee: We guarantee that all puppies are in excellent health at the time of purchase. Each puppy undergoes a thorough examination by a licensed veterinarian, is wormed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks, and receives their first vaccine at 7 weeks. 

• Shipping: We offer delivery of your puppy by plane or car accompanied by a trained pet traveler. We never ship puppies alone through conventional transportation methods.

• Returns: We do accept returns of our puppies if for some reason you become unable to care for your puppy.

• Spay/Neuter Agreement: All puppies sold as pets are required to be spayed or neutered by a specific age, typically between 6 to 12 months.

• Breeding Rights: Puppies are sold as pets without breeding rights unless a specific agreement is made. Unauthorized breeding is prohibited.
